Terms of Service

Welcome to CRM Whisperers Solutions. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our stuff. It’s that simple.

1. Services Provided

We offer CRM consulting services, available by hourly bookings or through monthly subscription plans. Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Hourly sessions must be paid upfront.

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of the subscription term.

  • Prices are listed in USD, and subject to change at any time (but not retroactively).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Hourly Services:

  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for a refund.

  • Time already used is non-refundable.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full.

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • New clients can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as no more than 10 hours of service were used.

  • If more than 10 hours were used, a partial refund may be issued based on unused time.

  • After 14 days, no refunds. Staying on equals satisfaction.

Ongoing Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

  • No partial refunds for unused days during the final billing period.

Refund Processing:

  • Eligible refunds are processed automatically upon request.

  • All other refund requests will be considered at the sole discretion of CRM Whisperers Solutions.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Show up prepared. We’re not miracle workers.

  • Communicate changes, delays, or cancellations with appropriate notice.

  • Respect our time and terms—we’ll return the favor.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content we create or provide remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Don’t reuse, resell, or repost without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • Lost revenue due to CRM failures, third-party software glitches, or user error.

  • Decisions made based on our advice. You’re still the boss of your own business.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

7. Privacy

We only collect the data we need to provide services. We don't sell your data, ever. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Modifications

We can update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the new terms. Check back once in a while, or don’t—you’ll still be bound by them.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada. Disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction. Bring a lawyer if you must.

That’s it. No hidden clauses, no trickery. Just clarity, boundaries, and professionalism. Like a CRM should be.
