They need to be useful.

Sometimes that means choosing something new.
Sometimes it means cleaning up what’s already there.
Often it means removing things that seemed like a good idea at the time. 🤷
Certified in Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive & Notion.
The tools matter less than how they’re used.
What I Do
I work with small teams and freelancers who want their systems to support the work, not compete with it.
That can look like:
- Setting up a CRM from scratch
- Simplifying an existing setup
- Cleaning up data so it can be trusted again
- Aligning sales, marketing, and operations so everyone’s looking at the same thing
- Making sure the system still makes sense six months from now
The goal is always the same.
Clear data. Clear process. Fewer surprises.


What I Don’t Do
This is just as important.
I don’t:
- push platforms you don’t need
- build for edge cases that never happen
- optimize for dashboards no one checks
- add complexity to justify my time
- sell “transformation”
If something is working, we leave it alone.
If something isn’t, we fix it.
If something doesn’t need to exist, we remove it.
Why This Works
I’ve spent most of my career in Sales, Sales Ops, & Rev Ops.
I’ve worked with executives, operators, and the people who actually have to use the system every day.
That means I care less about what looks impressive and more about what holds up over time.
Simple systems age better.


Whisper CRM
Whisper CRM is a free Notion template I built as a practical example of this philosophy.
It’s intentionally simple.
It uses only what’s needed.
It works on the free version of Notion.
It’s not meant to replace every CRM.
It’s meant to show what “useful” looks like.
